Fifthly, setting a timeline: one should create the period that should be taken for the goal to be achieved. The sixth step is about commitment: to achieve a set goal, the client should be dedicated and consistent in working towards the attainment (Stoppe et al., 2019). The seventh phase needs one to have an accountability partner. Thus, one should look for a coach to be encouraged in achieving the plan.
