The issue under consideration is the presence of communication problems in the workplace which should be solved for establishing the efficiency of the companys operations. The search for a suitable solution, in this case, implies the use of the theoretical framework consisting of diagnosis, action, and program management (French & Bell, 1999). The first stage of the process should be addressed by considering such an aspect of the matter as the productivity of teamwork before and after the emergence of the problem (French & Bell, 1999). It can be done with the help of surveys, individual interviews, and observations during meetings.

The second stage, which is the planning process of applicable interventions, should be orientated on finding methods to cope with particular problems decreasing efficiency. Since the issue which should be resolved is the overall failure to communicate without any specifications regarding the presence of personal conflicts, the suitable actions would be connected to the clarity of the exchanged information (McQuerrey, 2019). In this case, the questions to be asked are: Do you receive extensive information allowing you to perform work tasks? Do you have any objections regarding the existing means of communication? The answers received from employees will help design a plan incorporating such interventions as the change in the scope of data shared by workers and communication channels.

The third stage will be the proposed program management, and it should include the methods of dealing with organizational change. In this situation, the best suitable approach would be creating a vision among employees and their subsequent support of performance improvements related to innovative tools for enhancing communication in the workplace (French & Bell, 1999). In this way, their successful implementation will depend on the proper development of the three stages.
