Select a common or general-use Strategic Planning process methodology, create an outline of the basic steps (or phases) of the process as your team creates an Information Security Strategy (2-3 paragraphs) for the company you selected for the Project Option. Each step/phase of the process should include 1-2 sentences to describe what takes place during that step/phase, and you need to identify the key stakeholders for each step/phase and briefly describe their role in the process (not their general job duties).
